Mike Walker

Started playing Tennis in Australia then moved to Scotland where became Scotland under 21 Champion.

Played for East of Scotland at National County Week. Move to London and joined the London school of Tennis. Play for Kent at County Week.

In the winter became the National Coach to Nigeria. Had own Television Program. The following year when to Arabian Gulf and coached in Bahrain. 

Return to England and became the coach at Eton College and many other schools and clubs.

Helped in a BBC childrens sports program on TV.

Part of my training was to work with Virgina Wade for 3 years before she became Wimbledon Champion.

Played at National Championships Veterans at Wimbledon over 3 years. Best results were Singles Quarter finals.

Later became the Head Coach to Beckenham Sports Club where i stayed for 15 years. 

Then was offered a grant to build a Factory Manufacturing Sports Clothing. This lasted other 15 years.

Now live in Wilmslow Cheshire and married to Fon Walker
